On Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented a “Victory Plan” to parliament, ruling out ceding any territory to Russia. He outlined a five-point plan that emphasized not trading Ukraine’s territory or sovereignty. Zelensky urged Western allies to invite Ukraine to join NATO, claiming Moscow was undermining European security. He asked for help equipping reserve brigades and proposed a strategic deterrence package on Ukrainian territory. Zelensky also called for replacing US Armed Forces in Europe with Ukrainian units after the war. He criticized China, Iran, and North Korea for supporting Russia, calling them a “coalition of criminals.” The plan will be presented to European leaders at a summit on Thursday.
