Breal Madison Jr. also faces charges for defrauding his employer and government agencies. Brandon Scott Glisson and Lawrence Eady were charged for their involvement in Madison’s scheme.
Marquez and his accomplices coordinated bids to undermine competition and increase their returns. Madison and his co-conspirators funneled stolen funds to shell companies. Rubrik, a cloud cybersecurity firm, was served with a grand jury subpoena related to a former employee’s potential violations of federal law.
