Russia said Friday it had downed 87 Ukrainian drones overnight. 70 of these drones targeted the southern Rostov region, where the headquarters of its military operation against Kyiv is located. The defense ministry stated that an attempted terrorist attack with drones by the Kyiv regime was foiled. The drones were shot down over various Russian regions, with 70 in Rostov, six in Kursk and Voronezh, and two in Volgograd and the Belgorod region bordering Ukraine. There were no human casualties in Rostov, but the attacks caused power cuts in several areas. In Voronezh, a fuel reservoir was slightly damaged by falling debris.
